Inwang Jesaekdo (Scene of Inwangsan Mountain After Rain)- Lee Lee Nam DNA
The artist erases the history of the traditional optical illusion with the digital bomber in the optical illusion space that has been created in the history of painting and sets up digital art there. The time of the intersection of the birth of the simulacrum and the death of the pictorial illusion becomes a brilliant flower.
This is a fresh media art interpretation of Jeongseon's Inwang Jesaekdo
by artist Jeongseon or modern inheritance of tradition. Lee Lee Nam created a
moving Inwang Jesaekdo using his own DAN data. In this work, images are broken
up and generated repeatedly as DNA data is scattered and gathered. While following
the tradition of analog, it breathes new life into the tradition with its own
digital data. You may call this work where tradition and modernity, reality and
virtuality, macro and micro meet, the reflection on our roots upon the question
of the artist.
